Chemical Sciences Building

Tomorrow's science professionals will approach discovery and future challenges at a time when traditional boundaries are disappearing. Chemistry unites disciplines such as physics, materials science and cellular biology, while biochemistry is at the core of molecular life science. More than 50 award-winning, multidisciplinary faculty blend astronomy, the life and planetary sciences, engineering, optics, physics, protein structure and function, molecular genetics, and medical, plant and insect biochemistry in pursuit of academic excellence and new research discoveries.
